Hotel Policy

Welcome to our hotel. We are committed to offering a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all guests. Please read our policies carefully. By booking a room with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

2. Reservation Policy

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
  • Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date to avoid charges.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a one-night room charge.
  • No-show bookings will be charged one full night.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and cash.
  • A valid credit card is required for incidentals, even if paying with cash.
  • Full payment is required at the time of check-in.

5. Occupancy Limits

  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may be charged extra.
  • Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.

6. Smoking Policy

  • Our hotel is a 100% smoke-free property.
  • Smoking or vaping inside rooms or indoor areas will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
  • Outdoor designated smoking areas are available.

7. Pet Policy

  • We allow dogs onlyCats are not permitted.
  • Pet fee: $25 per pet, per night.
  • ADA-defined service animals are welcome with prior notice.

8. Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, or hotel property by themselves or their visitors.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs to the guest’s account.
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping is provided.
  • Use the “Do Not Disturb” sign if you do not wish to be interrupted.
  • Linens and towels are changed every third day unless requested otherwise.

10. Parking

  • Complimentary parking is available for registered guests.
  • Only one vehicle per room is allowed. Please register your vehicle at the front desk.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Parties, gatherings, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be refused service or asked to vacate the property.
